3. Response to Valid Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Review the claim promptly
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material where appropriate
• Take reasonable steps to notify the content publisher or contributor, if applicable

We reserve the right to remove content without prior notice if we determine that it may infringe intellectual property rights.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material removed or disabled was done so in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

A valid counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material removed and its original location before removal
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in the United States and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant

Counter-notifications should be sent to legal@iwe.store.

5. Repeat Infringers

IWE.Store reserves the right to terminate access to the website or remove content from users or contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers, at our sole discretion and where legally required.

6. Third-Party Content Disclaimer

IWE.Store publishes editorial content and affiliate links. Some materials may originate from or link to third-party sources.

We do not claim ownership of third-party content and act promptly to address valid copyright concerns.

7. Misrepresentation Warning

Submitting false or misleading DMCA claims may result in legal consequences under applicable law. Please ensure all claims are accurate and made in good faith.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
